How to report a compatibility issue or contact the configured FrameLift operator.
Report enough to reproduce the issue
Include your browser version, operating system, approximate input dimensions, video/audio codecs if known, selected preset and the visible error message. State whether the failure happens when opening a file, generating a preview, exporting or saving. This helps distinguish a decoder problem from a GPU or encoder issue.
Keep private footage private
Do not send your original video, filenames containing personal information or screenshots showing confidential content. If a sample is necessary, make a short synthetic clip that reproduces the issue and that you have permission to share. This website contains no support upload form or background file submission.
