Terms of Use
Permitted use, responsibilities and practical limits of this experimental local video tool.
Use only material you may process
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your video, image, soundtrack, artwork and identifiable people. Do not use the tool for unlawful activity, unauthorized copyrighted use or deceptive impersonation. Upscaling does not transfer ownership, create a licence to publish, or remove restrictions attached to the source.
Review every output
This browser implementation is experimental. Outputs may contain errors, artifacts or synchronization problems on unsupported sources. Keep a backup of your original, inspect your result and decide whether it is suitable for your intended use. The site does not promise a particular quality improvement, processing speed, commercial outcome or uninterrupted availability.
The application processes locally and does not take custody of a selected video or image. You control where results are saved and whether they are later published. Your browser may request permission to write to disk. Closing or refreshing an active session loses unsaved progress.
Third-party components and operator details
Software and model components retain their own licences, linked on the third-party licence page. These terms do not override those licences or any rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. No governing jurisdiction or dispute process is invented here: the operator must configure those business details and obtain a suitable review before public launch.
